Why is the Learner Journey shown as incomplete if I have finished all the steps?

If the Learner Journey is shown as incomplete, please double-check that you have completed each step and segment.   You can view your completion status on the Learner Journey landing page.  As seen below, the learner has only completed four of the seven steps.Screen_Shot_2021-11-23_at_12.14.19_PM.png

If you are certain that you have completed all the steps, please submit a request with the name of the Learner Journey and the segment that is showing as incomplete.
