What happens when my Program session has closed?

Once a Program session has closed, it enters an archived status, which means you can view the content and your teammate’s comments, but you cannot actively participate in the session. However, you have the option to enroll in the next available session.

To enroll, click on the archived Program tile.  Select “Enroll in this Program again.” Future sessions will appear, and you can select the session that best accommodates your schedule.

Once a Program session has closed, you're able to view the content and your teammate’s comments, but you cannot actively participate in the session or reach 100% completion if you haven't already.

You do have the option to enroll in the next available session, which resets your completion to 0%. 

Your Previous Programs can be found in a section at the bottom of the Programs page. To view the content, choose a Program and select "Open Program." To view the next available session, select "View other Sessions."
