I am trying to add a user to my subscription, but I receive an error message stating the user already exists. What should I do?

If a learner previously created an Academy account, you will not be able to add them to your subscription manually. Instead, please submit a request that includes a description of the issue and the learner(s) first name, last name, and email address. A Nomadic representative will add them to your subscription and notify you once your account has been updated.
