If you did not invite learners to be a part of your team subscription during the purchasing process, you can still do so in the Academy platform.
Open the drop-down menu next to the profile icon and select "Billing and Payment." You will be redirected to the Billing and Payment page
For each license purchased, there will be a field requesting you to enter the learner’s email address. Enter the address and select “invite.”
The learner(s) will receive a welcome email from email@example.com asking them to register and create an account.
